Da Nang Welcomes the Pickleball World Cup

The Heineken Pickleball World Cup 2026 will take place from August 30 to September 6 in Da Nang, with matches held at Tien Son Sports Palace, Tuyen Son Sports Village, and multiple pickleball venues across the city.

This marks the first time the Pickleball World Cup has been held in Asia. In 2026, the tournament is officially recognized and supported by the World Pickleball Federation (WPF), while the Pickleball World Cup Organizing Committee remains an independent body responsible for organizing and operating the event.

According to the latest information from the Organizing Committee, nearly 5,000 athletes from more than 80 countries and territories have registered to compete in both national and individual categories. With this scale, Da Nang will become a meeting point for athletes, referees, and international sports organizations throughout the week-long tournament.

Vietnamese Technology Takes the International Cour

At the PPA Asia 500 MB Ho Chi Minh City Open 2026, the system used eight cameras to support 43 replay reviews, including 18 Video Challenges requested by athletes and 25 Referee Reviews conducted to support referees' professional decision-making.
